Slime Player

An overhaul of Terraria that lets you play as a Slime!

** This resource pack aims to convert all of Terraria's player related features to be a slime instead of a human. The hats, accessories, boots, dialog, achievements, buff descriptions, buff names, and beastiary entries have been redone to reflect this.**
** **All of the town slime's dialog has been rewritten to be in english and understandable.
You can create your own character with multiple different face styles, color options, and 2 hair options.
Leggings typically change the users color, either to match the original leggings or sometimes I randomly picked a color. Torso equipment has been removed mostly, but if any had an extra prop (like the grim reaper outfit's scythe) it remains.
The resource pack has been setup in a way that if you go into a public server or play with your friends, most people will have their own vibrant color on their slime and will usually fit right in even when they didnt design a character to be a slime. The leggings are also dyeable. Also I changed the healthbar setting to match the healthbars of enemies and bosses, its green like a standard enemy slime, but when you get life fruit it becomes red and styled like the boss bars.

Some of the items have been changed to be more fitting or beneficial to a slime, here they are:

• Buccaneer Pants- Bandana Slime Costume

• Minecraft Creeper set- Minecraft Slime Set

• Crimson Greaves- Crimslime Costume

• Shadow Greaves- Corrupt Slime Costume

• Neptune's Shell- Now turns the user into a jellyfish instead of a merfolk

• Moon Charm- The Moon Charm Turns you into a Werewolf Slime

• Gold Greaves- Gold Slime Costume

• Copper Greaves- Squire Slime Costume

• Karate Tortoise Mask- Karate Slime Costume

• Molten Greaves- Lava Slime Costume

• Crystal Assassin Pants- Crystal Slime Costume

• Crystal Assassin Hood- Crystal Slime Spikes

• Ninja Hood- Ninja's Head

• Snow Pants- Ice Slime Costume

• Frost Leggings- Spiked Ice Slime Costume

• Vulkelf Ears- Slime Neko Ears (these ones even change color along side your slime!)

• Goblorc Ears- Slime face remover (these also change color with the slime)

• Fossil Greaves- Sand Slime Costume

• Pumpkin Helmet- Hoppin' Jack Costume

• Jack 'O Lantern Mask- Jack 'o Lantern Slime Costume

• Jungle Pants- Jungle Slime Costume

• Jungle Hat- Jungle Slime Spikes

• King Slime Mask- Prince Slime's Crown

• Queen Slime Mask- Princess Slime's Tiara

• Empress of Light Mask- Empress of Light's Tiara

This took 3-4 months to make so I really hope you enjoy it!
Since i replaced like.. 600 images there are bound to be some errors, ill have a discussion open below for any suggestions at all.
Things will not be fully polished, this is because I don't have 1 thousand hours to make sure everything looks perfect... BUT if you have any items in particular you want to have be more polished, just say in the comments or the discussion "polish ____" and I'll probably get to it.
More things and polish will be added soon, just more finishing touches and whatnot.
The Diva Slime won't say all their dialog unless you have a party girl in the world
The Cool Slime won't say all their dialog unless you have a clothier in the world
I've left a template for making your own slime hats and stuff in the files (named "SlimeTemplate") so you can make your own addons for this pack! The green is where the terraria hat sprites bounce up one pixel, which isnt needed on a slime, and the blue is where the slime hat should sink down a pixel.
The blindfold gives you white, dyeable eyes

If you want blinking animations on your slime, use this resource pack, it may cause some problems though.

known issues

The nurse hat doesn't work... honestly i don't know why
some legs or items may make your slime go invisible, this shouldn't be a huge issue.
map icons don't fully work, this is just because how the resource pack is structured.
The badgers hat doesn't fit, I'm sorry guys I couldn't offset this ones texture.
